Business Development Executive (IT Sales)

As an enthusiastic Sales Executive at Quickensol, you will be responsible for conducting outbound sales calls and meetings to potential clients to promote our IT solutions and digital marketing services. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics. You will maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system, provide exceptional customer service, and follow up on leads in a timely manner. It is essential for you to stay updated with industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate benefits to customers. Your qualifications should include 0-3 years of proven experience in sales, particularly in IT sales and digital marketing. You should have a strong understanding of IT solutions and digital marketing concepts, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with potential clients. Strong negotiation and closing skills, self-motivation, target-driven approach with a passion for sales, and proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools are desired qualities. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, and an MBA in Marketing is a plus.
