Job Description

As a member of the team at Lobotus Technology Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in identifying target markets and prospective clients. Your responsibilities will include having an in-depth understanding of the marketing and sales life cycle to effectively manage clients through the pipeline to the contract stage. Your experience in international and domestic client calling will be valuable in acquiring new clients, managing key relationships, and achieving higher business revenue targets. Your role will also involve planning and analyzing projects, identifying opportunities for new services and revenue streams, and ensuring client management and retention. You will be responsible for the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of project delivery, even when working on multiple client assignments with competing deadlines. Additionally, you will need to manage service levels as per the SLAs given and have an end-to-end overview of the impact of financial statements on the business. Furthermore, you will be tasked with preparing business write-ups about the company for client acquisitions, conducting need-based research, and delivering quarterly presentations to top management. Your market research studies will provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making. Reporting directly to the CEO with quarterly ROI reports will be part of your regular responsibilities. In addition to your individual tasks, you will also be expected to train and lead team members to help them achieve their targets effectively. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in ensuring both individual and team success within the organization.
