Business Development Executive (IT sales)

You will be responsible for identifying target markets and prospective clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of the marketing and sales life cycle, and guiding clients through the pipeline to the contract stage. Your role will involve international and domestic client calling, with a focus on new client acquisitions, management, and fostering key relationships to achieve higher revenue targets. Additionally, you will be involved in planning and analyzing projects, identifying opportunities for new services and revenue streams, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of project delivery, managing multiple client assignments with competing deadlines, and maintaining service levels as per the given SLA. You will also be expected to have an end-to-end understanding of the impact of financial statements on the business, preparing business write-ups for client acquisitions, conducting market research studies, and presenting quarterly reports to top management. Furthermore, you will be required to report to the CEO with quarterly ROI reports, provide training and leadership to team members to help them achieve their individual and team targets.
