Business Development Executive (IT sales)

Working Hours - 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift full time )

Working Days: 5.5 days

Location: Indore Work From Office

Your Role:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base.
• Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead qualification to closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams on proposals, presentations, and RFPs.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
• Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and events.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• A proven ability to meet sales targets and generate new business
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• A self-driven, team-friendly attitude
