Role Description:

Designand developinteriorconcepts for residential projects, considering client needs and preferences.

Create detailed 2D and 3D floor plans, layouts, and elevations.

Produce high-quality 2D/ 3D renderings to effectively communicatedesignideas.

Collaborate with clients to refine designs and ensure alignment with their vision.

Select materials, furniture, and finishes to achieve the desired aesthetic.

Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring delivery within scope.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree inInteriorDesign, Architecture, or a related field.

Proven experience in residentialinteriordesignwith a strong portfolio.

Proficiency in 3D rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Photoshop,3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar).

Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and material selection.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
