Business Development Executive (IT Sales)

You will be responsible for conducting outbound sales calls and meetings with potential clients to promote our IT solutions and digital marketing services. It is essential to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements effectively. Your goal will be to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company. It is important to maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Additionally, you should provide exceptional customer service and follow up on leads promptly to nurture relationships with clients. Staying updated with industry trends, products, and services will enable you to effectively communicate the benefits to customers. To qualify for this role, you should have 0-3 years of proven experience in sales, particularly in IT sales and digital marketing. A strong understanding of IT solutions and digital marketing concepts is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport and effectively engaging with potential clients. Strong negotiation and closing skills will be beneficial in securing deals. Being self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales is crucial. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, and an MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage. As part of the benefits package, you will receive a salary ranging from INR 20,000 to 25,000 per month along with a commission based on exceeding sales targets.
