Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for communicating with clients and explaining to them the technical features and functionalities of the company's software solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand the technical features and functionalities of our software solutions.

2. Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential leads.

3. Outreach to potential clients through outbound calling, emailing, and LinkedIn. Schedule appointments with senior BD representatives to successfully close leads.

4. Analyze clients' IT requirements and suggest appropriate software solutions.

5. Conduct demonstrations as needed.

6. Tailor pitch our products and services according to clients' specifications for successful conversion of sales.

7. Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunities for sales 8. Maintain good relationships with our main accounts and strategic partners.

10. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

11. Prepare monthly reports and provide an effective recap of previous performance and review the same.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Must be available to work in UK/US shifts.

- Proven experience in Sales as an Information Technology Sales Associate or BDE.

- Complete knowledge of the terminology used in the IT industry.

- Familiarity with the trends and developments in the Sales industry.

- Excellent technical skills- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Research-driven and detail-oriented individual.

- Highly motivated individual appointment.
