Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients across industries. 
  • Generate leads through outbound prospecting, cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. 
  • Qualify inbound leads and set up meetings for the Business Development team. 
  • Develop a strong understanding of Convergent Platforms’ offerings in application development, AI/ML, and e-Visa solutions. 
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in CRM tools. 
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates. 
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets. 


Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms. 
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn. 
  • Prior experience in SaaS, IT services, or AI/ML solutions is a plus.
