Job Title: Business development executive (IT Sales ) Location: Kochi Mode: Work from Office Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager/Director of Sales Job Overview: We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Business development Executive to join our sales team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who is a quick learner, takes initiative, and is eager to kickstart their career in sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, comfortable with customer interaction, and a true hustler with a strong desire to exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calls, emails, and networking. Qualify and follow up on inbound leads. Actively build and maintain a strong leads pipeline. Schedule and attend meetings with prospects to understand their needs and present appropriate IT solutions. Assist the sales manager and directors team in proposals, presentations, and follow-ups. Maintain CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, pipeline, and customer information. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and campaigns. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and product offerings to better serve potential clients. Qualifications: 0-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in IT or technology sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A go-getter attitude with the ability to take initiative and hustle to achieve sales goals. Strong problem-solving and time-management skills. Motivated, self-starter with a passion for sales and technology. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. Ability to work well in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
