Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through online portals (Upwork, Truelancer, Freelancer, etc.)
  • Write winning project proposals and handle client communication effectively
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into successful business deals
  • Understand client requirements, analyze projects, and coordinate with the technical team for execution
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets
  • Explore new sales channels and markets to grow company presence

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience (6 months 3 years) in IT sales, bidding, or client acquisition
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must)
  • Hands-on experience with bidding platforms Upwork, Truelancer, Freelancer, Guru
  • Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand client requirements and present suitable technical solutions
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach
