Job Overview: Business Development Executive We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the company’s growth strategy. This individual will work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to create and implement strategies that expand our customer base and increase revenue. Roles and Responsibilities: Research and identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and partnerships within the market. Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, while actively developing new business relationships to drive sales. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs, using the insights to inform business development strategies. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, effectively communicating the value proposition of the company’s services and products. Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure successful contract execution and client onboarding. Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align business development efforts with company goals and improve service offerings. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Provide regular updates to senior management regarding targets and progress. Gather customer feedback, concerns, and insights, working to address any issues and enhance customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to drive company revenue growth. Qualifications and Experience: Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred. A relevant Master’s degree can be an added advantage. Experience: Experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. We are looking for candidates with 6 months -1 years of prior experience in sales preferably with Pharma sales experience Fresher’s can apply too · Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis.
