Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Indore. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and managing accounts. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, managing client relationships, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for business growth.

Our lead generation process involves targeted outreach through multiple channels, including Discord and iPhone iMessages to connect with potential clients. You'll focus particularly on identifying and reaching out to development clients who need web development services, utilising these modern communication platforms to build relationships and convert prospects into clients. The role requires proficiency with lead generation and messaging tools such as Apollo and Propeo to streamline outreach efforts and maximise conversion rates.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Knowledge and experience in Business and Account Management
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency with lead generation tools like Apollo and Propeo
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Indore
• Experience in the marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with Discord and modern messaging platforms preferred

Compensation & Location

• Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
• Must be located in Indore and able to work on-site
• This position requires physical presence in our Indore office
