• Identify and Generate Leads: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Reporting: Using CRM software, maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, in the IT industry for overseas market.
• We prefer prior experience of selling IT solutions integrated with hardware systems
• Strong understanding of IT solutions and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Should be able and willing to work during overlapping time zones with USA
