Job Description

As a dynamic MBA Marketing professional joining our team as a Business Development Executive for the Staffing Solutions & HR Services division, your role will involve: - Identifying and researching IT companies, startups, SMEs, and MNCs that require staffing solutions. - Visiting HR managers, talent acquisition teams, and decision-makers to present our staffing and recruitment services. - Understanding client hiring needs and offering tailored staffing solutions (contract, permanent, project-based, etc.). - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships. - Developing sales strategies to achieve business growth targets. - Negotiating contracts and closing business deals with companies. - Coordinating with the internal recruitment team to ensure smooth candidate delivery. - Keeping up with industry trends and competitor activities to improve service offerings.
