Business Development Executive Intern

As a Business Development Executive Intern in our Chennai location, you will be part of our sales team, focusing initially on lead generation for the PowerBuilder chapter and later expanding to other technology stacks. Throughout this 6-month internship, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in the entire business development process, from identifying potential leads to closing deals. This role offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Your responsibilities will include researching, identifying, and qualifying leads, engaging with clients to understand their requirements, supporting deals from outreach to closure, conducting market research, preparing presentations and proposals, and collaborating with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with business goals. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, strong presentation abilities, self-motivation, proactiveness, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Basic knowledge of IT services/technology sales would be beneficial. During the 6-month internship, you will receive a stipend of 15K, comprehensive onboarding and mentorship, and the potential for a full-time offer based on your performance.
