Job Description

Job Title : Flutter Developer Experience : 1–3 Years Work Location: CHN/CBE/MDU | Hybrid mode Job Summary: We are looking for a Flutter Developer (L1) to join our team and contribute to building high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Flutter, Dart, and mobile development concepts. They should be eager to learn, adapt, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter & Dart. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Assist in UI/UX implementation based on provided designs (Figma, etc.). Work with REST APIs and third-party libraries for app functionalities. Debug and troubleshoot issues reported by testers or end-users. Collaborate with senior developers to improve application performance. Participate in code reviews, documentation, and learning sessions. Ensure applications are optimized for low network conditions and offline usage (if required). Required Skills: Basic understanding of Flutter & Dart. Familiarity with State Management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.). Experience with Firebase, REST APIs, JSON parsing. Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub version control. Understanding of mobile app lifecycles and debugging tools. Familiarity with basic UI/UX principles and responsive design. Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies. Knowledge of Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift). Experience with database management (SQLite, Hive, SharedPreferences, etc.).Exposure to Flutter Web or Desktop Development. Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter apps. Show more Show less
