Job Title: BD Executive B2C Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad
. Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for field sales activities in the assigned territory. • Visit potential customers, retail outlets, and channel partners to promote IMSAFE products. • Generate leads, conduct product demonstrations, and close sales. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. • Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and consumer behavior. • Coordinate with internal teams for order booking, delivery, and after-sales support. • Actively participate in on-ground marketing and promotional campaigns. Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to connect with customers at the ground level. • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork. • Good problem-solving and relationship management skills. • Self-motivated and target-driven. Experience & Qualification: • Graduate (Any stream); MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred. • 26 years of experience in retail / B2C sales (FMCG, Consumer Durables, Safety Equipment, or related industries preferred). • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Local market knowledge will be an added advantage.
