Job Title: Business Development Executive – Institutional Sales

Location: Chennai

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years (B2B Sales)

Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented professional to join our Business Development team, focusing on Institutional Sales. The ideal candidate must possess strong experience in B2B sales, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities in corporate, institutional, and enterprise segments.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and generate new institutional business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads in corporate and institutional sectors.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop customized proposals and presentations for client pitches and RFPs.
  • Build strong client relationships and manage key accounts to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
  • Track and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and client meetings for lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare periodic reports for management review.


Key Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B/Institutional Sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, lead generation, and negotiation techniques.
  • Proven ability to close large-value deals and manage high-level client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
