Job Title: Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) Location: Chennai or Bangalore Experience: 1 - 2 years Qualification: MBA (Marketing/Business preferred) Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the B2B segment (Service industry). Conduct direct client meetings , present service offerings, and build strong relationships. Understand client needs and work with internal teams to develop tailored solutions. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent follow-ups and deal closures. Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends. Travel locally within Chennai or Bangalore for client visits and business development. Requirements: MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1 - 2 years of experience in B2B sales , preferably in Service based industry. Must have experience with client-facing roles and direct meetings. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Willing to travel within the city (Chennai or Bangalore). Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
