Educational Qualification : Diploma/ B.E. Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication Experience : 4-9 Years Location: Bangalore Job description: PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS 1. The Candidate should have core Design & Execution Experience in FAS, EVCS, PA, CCTV, & ACS. 2. Basic Technical Knowledge and working experience on other MEP services including Electrical, HVAC, PHE & FPS, BMS to have better coordination with all building services 3. Other Soft skills requirements include Presentation skills, Verbal & Written communication skills, Planning skills, Problem Solving, and Decision-making skills etc. 4. Team Leader to work with at least 4-6 Team members. SOFTWARE & TOOLS EXPERTISE Project Scheduling Software like MS Project CAD software like AutoCAD, Design tools specific to FAS, EVCS, PA, CCTV, & ACS FUNCTIONAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS 1. Design & Development a. Perform Design Engineer role for FAS, EVCS, PA, CCTV, & ACS b. Coordinate with Clients/Architect Team on gathering inputs and requirements for the above service, Prepare man-hour Estimation. c. Preparing list of detailed deliverables like Project schedule, Concept Design Documents, Tender, BOQ, and budget etc. d. Coordinate with Design team & Architect for space requirements. e. Preparation of Concept Designs. f. Submit concept design to Clients & Architects for their review. g. Presenting the Concept designs to Clients/Architects. h. Coordinate with BIM modeler & Drafter and preparation of Detail design documents including Drawings, BOQ, and Tender etc. i. Co-ordinate with Architect for approval of Drawings j. Release the tender to various vendors. k. Preparation of technical comparison for all the services BOQ. l. Clarify the Technical issues at site. m. Support the Clients for project execution.
