Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at InLustro in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, building partnerships with educational institutions and enterprises globally, and leading initiatives to democratize AI-driven research and education. They will also work towards bridging the academia-industry divide with AI-curated talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management skills
• Experience in partnering with educational institutions and enterprises
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of AI-driven research and education
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the education or technology industry is a plus
