Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer located in Chennai. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs, conducting training sessions, and assessing training effectiveness. The trainer will also collaborate with internal teams to update training materials and ensure alignment with industry requirements.

Qualifications

• Technical Training and Technical Trainers skills
• Expertise in Training & Development, and Training
• Strong Communication skills
• Familiarity with AI-driven educational tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Engineering, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
