Responsibilities

  • Identifying and generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and referrals for US clients.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Proficiency in lead generation (Knowledge of Zoom info, apollo.io etc. tools will be an added advantage)
  • Following up on leads and setting up meetings for the senior sales team.
  • Conducting research on potential clients and preparing sales presentations.
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions and transactions.
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
  • Participating in sales meetings and training programs to stay up-to-date with service knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional image of the company in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Candidate must be ready to work in international shift timings.
  • Attractive Incentive Structure.

Requirements

  • Location – Pune
  • Experience: 1.5 Years to 3 Years
  • Number of working days: 5 days
  • Time: 12:00 Noon to 10.00 PM
  • Weekend: Saturday & Sunday
  • Job Location: Shivaji Nagar, Wakadewadi, Pune

Qualification

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills
  • Experience in account management and building client relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
  • International Sales and Marketing experience.
  • Candidates with calling experience in the US or Europe region is a must
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Must be proficient in English (writing & speaking)
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred.
  • B.Tech/ B.E Civil is an added advantage.
