Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute student recruitment strategies locally and internationally.
  • Represent the institution at University visits, fairs, and events.
  • Build relationships with Universities / colleges, agents, and partners.
  • Respond to inquiries and guide prospective students.
  • Collaborate on marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Manage CRM/database and track recruitment metrics.
  • Support applicants through the admissions process.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • 1–3 years in recruitment, admissions, or marketing.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and people skills.
  • Flexible to travel and work.
  • Digital marketing experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local/international education markets is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
