Responsibilities: Plan and execute student recruitment strategies locally and internationally. Represent the institution at University visits, fairs, and events. Build relationships with Universities / colleges, agents, and partners. Respond to inquiries and guide prospective students. Collaborate on marketing materials and campaigns. Manage CRM/database and track recruitment metrics. Support applicants through the admissions process. Prepare regular reports on recruitment performance. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Education, or related field. 1–3 years in recruitment, admissions, or marketing. Strong communication, presentation, and people skills. Flexible to travel and work. Digital marketing experience is a plus. Knowledge of local/international education markets is a plus.
