Required Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing / Sales (Freshers )
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel (preferred)
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team player

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking
• Promote and sell company products/services to potential customers
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance updates
• Coordinate with marketing and internal teams for lead conversion
• Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and events
