Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth through online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other bidding portals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, submitting proposals, and building strong relationships with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, bid, and secure projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and similar portals.
  • Write tailored proposals that address client requirements effectively.
  • Communicate with clients via chat, email, and video calls to understand needs and build trust.
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Follow up with clients and maintain strong client relationships.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong ability to understand client requirements and draft customized proposals.
  • Familiarity with IT services, solutions, and industry trends.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
  • Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
