AI/ML Engineer (3–5 Years Experience)

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in developing, training, and deploying machine learning models. The ideal candidate will be passionate about applying AI to solve real-world business problems and will have strong expertise in both research and production-level implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for various use cases.
• Work with large datasets for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
• Implement and fine-tune NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics models.
• Deploy ML models into production using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate AI solutions into products.
• Monitor model performance, retrain, and improve accuracy and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and apply them where relevant.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for model deployment.
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines, APIs, and model serving.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, or reinforcement learning.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Background in productionizing AI models at scale.

Pay: ₹13,671.07 - ₹85,229.87 per month
