Digital Marketer

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of proven experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising).
• Manage and grow company presence across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor SEO performance.
• Create engaging content and ad creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other marketing dashboards.
• Identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
• Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven track record of successfully managing digital campaigns and driving measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Ads and/or Meta Ads certifications.
• Experience in B2B or e-commerce marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
