As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with the Creative Services team to address digital or print needs for each event. Additionally, you will capture event content for social media channels, make sales outreach via phone, in-person, and email, and perform market analysis and research on competition. Your role will also involve supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks, assisting in marketing and advertising promotional activities such as social media, direct mail, and web, and preparing promotional presentations. You will help distribute marketing materials, manage and update the company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM), and organize marketing events. Furthermore, you will plan and execute field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research, develop a strong understanding of all product lines/services, and create various literature, signage, merchandise, and materials for field marketing events. You will maintain relationships with third-party vendors and venues, negotiate with retailers and partners on promotional display and merchandise placement, and promote business expansion opportunities through successful field marketing programs. Attending trade shows and events, monitoring industry trends and competitor activities, and managing social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns will also be part of your responsibilities.
