Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster business growth and achieve assigned targets through effective account management.
  • Understand client requirements to deliver customized solutions supported by creative concepts and marketing strategies tailored to brand objectives and market needs.
  • Manage end-to-end event execution by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of elements like creatives, artwork, and set designs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Handle post-event processes such as resolving client inquiries, accomplishing deliverables, invoicing, and payment coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational procedures, including documentation for purchase orders, contracts, reporting, billing, and payments.
  • Lead and guide team members by assigning tasks, providing execution oversight, conducting reviews, defining KRAs, collaborating with HR on hiring and onboarding, and addressing training needs.
  • Evaluate team performance, encourage individual growth, and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within ISO certification, audits, training sustainability, or regulatory compliance fields.
  • Proven expertise in managing significant key accounts and government associations.

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative selling capabilities.
  • Profound knowledge of ISO standards, regulatory norms, and sectoral compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, and digital sales tools.
