About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented

Business Development Executive

to join our software team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, connecting directly with end users to understand their requirements, managing inquiries, and driving revenue growth through effective lead generation and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification (Inbound)
Assess and qualify incoming leads to identify genuine business opportunities.
Communicate with prospects to understand their software requirements and match them with our offerings.
  • Lead Generation (Outbound)
Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads for consistent business growth.
  • Inquiry & Client Communication
Manage and respond to incoming inquiries promptly.
Connect directly with end users to understand their business needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • RFP/RFQ Management
Prepare proposals, quotations, and responses to RFPs/RFQs tailored to client requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Lead Nurturing
Maintain relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Provide timely follow-ups and maintain personalized communication to ensure conversion.
  • Product Demonstration
Conduct engaging product demos and presentations for prospective clients.

Explain Product Features, Benefits, And Technical Capabilities Effectively.

  • Negotiation & Deal Closure
Handle negotiations professionally to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Close deals successfully while ensuring all documentation and agreements are completed.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis
Research market trends, client preferences, and competitor activities.
Share insights and recommendations with management for strategic decisions.
  • Business Strategy & Reporting
Collaborate with senior management to plan and execute business growth strategies.Prepare detailed reports on leads, pipeline status, and performance metrics.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.14 years of experience in business development or software sales.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to understand technical products and explain them to non-technical clients.Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online research.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
