Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) in IT services sales and lead generation. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing leads, pitching services, and supporting the end-to-end business development cycle. This is a high-impact position ideal for individuals eager to grow their careers in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

(What you'll be doing)

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH, etc.
• Experience of Online bidding.
• Maintain accurate lead data in CRM and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Stay updated on market trends, client behavior, and competitor strategies.
• Help achieve monthly lead and revenue targets.

Requirements

(What you must bring to the table)

• 6 months of experience in business development or sales in the IT services industry.
• Familiarity with international freelancing portals like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
