• Onboarding new clients through our referral partner network.
• Expanding the existing referral partner network by onboarding

  bank relationship managers

  insurance advisors

  , and other influential professionals.
• Engaging continuously with referral partners to onboard new clients.
• Gaining a complete understanding of client requirements and real asset portfolios.
• Achieving monthly sales quotas set by the business development head.
• Maintaining all relevant reports for business development and execution on a daily basis.
• Training and mentoring new hires within the organization.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates with 0 to 5 years of work experience.
• Strong drive for results, coupled with excellent presentation skills.
• Proficiency in

  English, Hindi, and Telugu

  , along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in business development and client-facing roles is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of
