Roles And Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads in the digital marketing domain. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Pitch and present company services (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, PPC, Content Marketing, etc.). Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, and delivery) to ensure client satisfaction. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular reports to management. Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows when applicable. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–4 years of proven experience in business development or sales in a digital marketing agency . Solid understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client needs and craft customised solutions. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and converting leads. Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with international clients (US/UK/AUS markets preferred). Prior experience in handling both inbound and outbound lead generation.
