Position: Business Development Executive – Intern [HealthCare]


Position Overview:


We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as Business Development Executive for HealthTech solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare and technology, supporting go-to-market strategies, client engagement, and business growth initiatives. 


As a Business Development Executive, you will assist in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance SaaS-Product adoption in the healthcare ecosystem. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify decision makers within the client organization and set up strategic meetings to help understand requirements and align future goals.  
  • Manage customers and enhance existing relationships. Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.  
  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. 
  • Understand the company's goal and purpose to enhance the company's performance in the market. 
  • Identity opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales/adoption. 


Requirements:


  • Understanding of HealthCare Market, Client Handling, and B2C/B2B Communication 
  • Interest or foundational knowledge in HealthTech, EMR/EHR, telemedicine, or healthcare operations 
  • Awareness of cloud-based technologies, data privacy, and digital tools is a plus 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach 
  • Ability to present ideas clearly and interact with medical professionals and stakeholders 


Ideal Candidate Profile:


  • Interns Business Development / Sales & Marketing / Healthcare IT / SaaS Sales 
  • Presentation & Demonstrates enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced startup environment 
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn 
  • Collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset Critical Thinker. 


Educational Qualification:


  • Preferred:

    BBA - MBA in Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related specialization. (B.Tech is a plus for SaaS sales roles.)
