Experience:

Super-smart Freshers, and up to 1 – 3 years of corporate sales or customer-focused experience

What You’ll Do:

· Connect with warm leads & prospects (clients), introduce HAE, and set up closure meetings with Founders (during the initial hand-holding period, after which you’d do end-to-end)

· Identify & connect with potential clients via lead generation tactics (online research, social media, referrals, databases, etc.)

· Connect with clients via outbound warm calls & emails, and follow up with leads to convert them into clients

· Present & promote HAE’s boutique digital offerings effectively to prospects

· Professionalism, and the patience to be persistent, to handle clients and convo via emails & meetings

· Excellent all-round English – writing, reading & verbal

· Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word, and the ability to learn

· The maturity to manage tasks & priorities

· The discipline to maintain accurate sales pipeline records and forecasts

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined


The Nice-To-Haves:

· Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, with an ability to influence decisions

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined

· Good time management and follow-up skills

· Familiarity with content creation and ongoing social media trends

· Any prior experience in customer-facing roles like sales, call-center, etc.


Salary & Benefits

· ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 p.m. – based on your profile, and how good you are
