Now, we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who can take our growth to the next level. Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and inbound leads Build strong client relationships and close deals across service verticals like Web Development, SEO, Social Media, Ads, and Branding Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion strategies Conduct competitor and market research to identify gaps and emerging trends Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations Meet or exceed monthly revenue and sales targets Maintain and update CRM tools to track leads, conversions, and client communication Requirements:2+ years of proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in digital/creative agencies) Strong understanding of digital marketing services and their value proposition Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Ability to manage multiple leads and convert them efficiently Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, etc. is a plus What We Offer:Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives High-quality leads & full support from internal teams Opportunity to work with premium clients and fast-paced startups Friendly, ambitious work culture with growth opportunities
