Position: Back Office Assistant & Computer Operator Location: Deep Nagar, Mandideep, Bhopal (Pin Code : 462046) Job Type: Full-time About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Assistant & Computer Operator to join our team. The role involves managing documentation, handling client communications, maintaining records, and supporting daily business operations. The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, communication abilities, and an eye for accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Handle data entry, record keeping, and document management. Prepare, maintain, and organize files, reports, and spreadsheets. Respond to emails, WhatsApp messages, and client queries in a timely and professional manner. Support management in day-to-day office operations. Coordinate with internal teams and provide necessary updates. Maintain databases, ensure data accuracy, and generate regular reports. Monitor and manage client communication records. Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks as required. Requirements: Proven experience as Back Office Assistant, Computer Operator, or similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic internet research. Typing speed and accuracy (preferred). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Good written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi preferred). Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision. Qualifications Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream). 0–2 years of relevant experience (Freshers with good skills may also apply).
