Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive | Growth & Partnerships based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing growth strategies. Key tasks include building partnerships, managing client relationships, conducting market analysis, creating proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to meet customer demands and deliver value-driven solutions.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, including identifying and securing new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Proficiency in conducting Market Analysis and developing innovative strategies for growth
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a hybrid work environment
  • Proficiency in tools related to business development and CRM software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with relevant industry experience
