Since 2015, we've been assisting students in resuming their education, especially those who have dropped out or taken a break from their studies. We provide credit transfer options and support students in continuing their education through recognized universities. Our courses, ranging from Business and IT to Engineering and Management, are designed to help you build a brighter future.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive student admissions for our Online Degree Programs, Credit Transfer Courses, and Skill Development Programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive under pressure while meeting monthly admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and counsel students regarding online degree programs, credit transfer opportunities, and skill-based courses.Generate leads through various channels including calls, emails, social media, and webinars.Follow up with potential students, understand their academic background and aspirations, and guide them toward suitable programs.Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and conversions using CRM tools.Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to implement effective student outreach strategies.Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.Stay updated with program details, university partnerships, and admission processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (required).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – verbal and written.Strong persuasion, negotiation, and counseling skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Target-driven mindset and ability to perform under pressure.Prior experience in student admissions, education counseling, or EdTech sales is highly preferred.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
