Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Academic Assistant role located in Kozhikode at Graduate Plan Academy LLP. The Academic Assistant will be responsible for supporting academic advisors, assisting students with course selection, organizing educational materials, and maintaining student records. Additionally, the Academic Assistant will provide administrative support and help facilitate communication between students and faculty.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software
Experience in an educational setting is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
Proficiency in Canva is a plus

Language Requirements

Fluent in English and Malayalam

Additional Requirement

Candidates within Calicut or ready to relocate to Calicut should only apply
