About the Role

Goforsys Technologies is seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in business development within the IT or software services industry, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills. This role requires an individual who is proactive, business-focused, and committed to driving company growth through strategic client acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and software services sector
  • Generate and qualify leads through online research, networking, and professional platforms
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical and management teams to provide customized solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals
  • Develop proposals, quotations, and professional sales documents
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, pipeline trackers, and sales reports
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and market developments
Candidate Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in business development/sales in the IT or software industry
  • Strong command of spoken and written English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client handling
  • Confident negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and professional networking platforms (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Graduation/Post-Graduation in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Strong analytical thinking, result-driven approach, and ability to work independently
