Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Business Development Executive in Noida. We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Influencer Marketing Division. The ideal candidates should have experience in influencer marketing, sales or brand partnerships, and a strong passion for the industry. Responsibilities · Identify and onboard new brands, building strong and lasting partnerships. · Represent Go To Groww as a brand, meet clients, and showcase our expertise with confidence and pride. · Proactively generate leads through self-motivation and strategic outreach. · Develop and pitch creative campaign ideas tailored to client needs. · Drive revenue growth by achieving and surpassing target-based goals. · Foster and maintain long-term relationships with brands, ensuring mutual growth and success. Qualifications · 6 Months to 2 years of experience in business development in an influencer marketing agency (preferred). · Strong communication and negotiation skills · Ability to build and maintain client relationships · Knowledge of social media platforms and influencer landscape · Excellent organisational and time-management abilities · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field (MBA is a plus, but not mandatory) · Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Show more Show less
