key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and present customized proposals and pitches to clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that match business needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, pipeline, and client communications in CRM tools.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new growth areas.
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or lead generation platforms is a plus.
• Prior experience in [industry, e.g., IT, Recruitment, Marketing, etc.] will be an advantage.
