Business Development Executive

Role Overview: You will be required to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, aligning your efforts to accomplish set goals and objectives. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, identifying potential clients, cultivating strong relationships with both new and existing clients, and maintaining client information in the CRM database. Additionally, you will collaborate with staff across departments to implement growth strategies, develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyze sales data to inform marketing strategies. You will also be involved in drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other necessary documents. Your ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, meet deadlines, identify new business opportunities, and partners will be crucial for success in this role. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effectively engaging with various levels of management, staff, and clients. Experience on multiple portals like Upwork, Guru, etc. will be an advantage.
