Business Development Executive

Job description-
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities-

• Respond to all incoming customer calls and generate sales.
• Identify new business opportunities within the packing and manufacturing sector.
• Generate quotations and invoices using the ERP system.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Lead the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth product and service delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
• Travel as needed for client meetings and business development.

Key Skills & Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
