Job Description

You will be working as a Business Development Executive in the capacity of a PCD Pharma Sales Representative. Your primary responsibility will involve promoting and selling pharmaceutical products utilizing the Propaganda-Cum-Distribution (PCD) model. Your role will entail identifying new distributors, expanding market reach, and ensuring sales targets are achieved. Your core duties will include developing and nurturing relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists. Moreover, you will be engaged in promoting and selling the company's pharmaceutical products to PCD distributors, as well as identifying and onboarding potential business partners for PCD franchise opportunities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for providing training and product knowledge to distributors and sales teams, along with monitoring competitor activities and market trends to devise strategies for sales growth. To excel in this role, you are expected to possess 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, particularly in the PCD Pharma domain. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and paid sick time. The working schedule is during day shifts, and the job requires in-person attendance.
