Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining a high-growth team that delivers cloud telephony and contact-center technology to enterprise and SMB customers in the Cloud Communications / SaaS industry in India. As a Field Sales Business Development Executive, your main focus will be on building regional market presence through direct field engagement. Your responsibilities will include territory-level prospecting, qualifying and closing commercial deals, and converting inbound interest into long-term customer relationships through consultative on-site selling. Key Responsibilities: - Drive regional revenue by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business accounts through in-person meetings and demos. - Qualify leads, map customer needs to product capabilities, create tailored proposals, and manage the full sales cycle to closure. - Maintain and update CRM records, pipeline status, and sales activity to ensure accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups. - Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs through structured territory planning, route optimization, and account prioritization. - Collaborate with pre-sales, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure smooth handovers and rapid time-to-value for new customers. - Represent the product at on-site presentations, events, and partner meetings; gather market feedback to inform product and pricing strategies. Qualifications Required: Must-Have: - Field Sales experience - B2B Sales knowledge - Cold Calling skills - Territory Management expertise - Proficiency in Salesforce CRM - Sales Pipeline Management experience Preferred: - Experience in selling SaaS or cloud communications solutions - Local language proficiency for the assigned territory - Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently Additional Details: The company offers a competitive base salary along with performance incentives structured to be clear and attainable.
