Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

Position Overview :

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth of Hygiene Fresh’s presence in your assigned region by building strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and convert new business opportunities in your assigned region.
• Promote and sell Hygiene Fresh’s hygiene and air care solutions to B2B clients (offices, hospitality, healthcare, retail, etc.).
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Schedule client visits, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure recurring business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements :

• Experience: 1–3 years in Sales, FMCG, or Hygiene Industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Malayalam and English.
• Must be target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Willing to travel within assigned location (Thrissur, Calicut, Malappuram, or Palakkad).
• Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email) preferred.
